My name is Molly Rawn, and I’m running for Mayor of Fayetteville because I’m ready today to take action for our future.

Today is Election Day, and polls are open until 7:30 tonight. Fayetteville voters have made their priorities clear, with over 50% voting for a shift in leadership in the General Election.

I’m asking for your vote in this important run-off. The margin could be incredibly narrow.

Fayetteville deserves a Mayor who has the energy, vision, and determination to ensure our city thrives—not just today but for decades to come.

Our housing crisis is not going to be solved overnight—no one can promise you that. But it can be improved through bold leadership and action. That starts with building more homes and addressing many outdated zoning regulations that have held us back for nearly 50 years. Housing affordability and accessibility must be a top priority.

Our infrastructure is showing its age. Water pipes are breaking across Fayetteville at an alarming rate, and we cannot afford to continue to delay replacing them. These aren’t flashy projects, but they are critical to ensuring our residents continue to have access to safe, clean water.

Fayetteville must expand its commitment to sustainability and climate action. By improving energy efficiency in public buildings and expanding public transit, we can reduce our carbon footprint.

Our city employees need a leader who has worked in different environments, led diversity initiatives, and has experience and training in different learning styles and approaches to work-life balance; a leader who understands the importance of empowering employees to do their best work while creating a more connected city.

For almost a decade, I’ve led efforts that directly impact our city’s daily life—driving economic growth, ensuring efficient resource use, and managing projects that improve Fayetteville’s infrastructure and quality of life. My leadership experience has taught me the importance of accountability and delivering results, preparing me to lead our city with the expertise, vision, and commitment to building a strong, prosperous future for all residents.

My track record speaks for itself, and my love for Fayetteville is stronger than it’s ever been.
